TRIP OVERVIEW

The Sicily Experience presents an exclusive Chef-Led Culinary adventure in Catalonia!

We are excited to offer “A Chef’s Route” an incredible new journey into Catalonia with Chef Sergi de Meia. We first met Chef Sergi de Meià on a journey through Sicily, where his passion for Catalan cuisine and deep connection to local traditions left a lasting impression. A former chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant, Sergi is also the founder of the Slow Food movement in Catalonia, dedicated to preserving traditional flavors and sustainable practices. His many accomplishments and contributions to Catalan gastronomy can be found in his bio below.

Now, we are thrilled to offer an exclusive opportunity to explore Catalonia alongside him—an intimate journey through its rich culinary heritage, world-class wines, and vibrant music scene.

The itinerary features renowned winemakers, artisanal cheese producers, the best olive oil farms, several chocolate tastings, and even stargazing at an astronomical park, offering a truly immersive and unforgettable experience.
